1. NARENDRA MODI

Success of a ticket collector who used to work for Indian railways bit later became the most successful Indian captain. Dhoni was born on 7th July, 1981 in Bihar. Since childhood he had been a great fan of Adam Gilchrist, Sachin Tendulkar, Latha Mangeshkar and Amitabh Bachchan. He used to like sports from the beginning of his studies. He was named Shivaji Rao Gaikwad and was born on 12th December in 1950. He is one of the most influential movie stars in Indian cinema. Rajinikanth’s mass popularity and appeal is largely drawn from his mannerisms and his dialogue delivery had resulted in a large number of fan base. He is a recipient of many awards including India’s third highest honor, the Padma Bhushan, for his contribution to Indian cinema. A person with his humble nature and quest to serve the country has become the 14th president of independent India. Mr. Ram Nath was nominated as the presidential nominee by the ruling party and won the 2017presidential election against Meira Kumari. Kovind won the election with 65.5% of total vote. He was born on 1st October 1945 in UP. Kovind graduated in law. After graduation he started preparation for civil services and cleared but didn’t join. He was selected for allied services instead of IAS. He started his career as a lawyer and provided free legal aid to weaker sections of the society. He joined BJP in 1991. Kovind has also tasted some failures but with his humble nature and quest to serve the nation kept him moving slowly and steadily to one of the biggest post ‘The president of India’.
11. NIRMALA SITHARAMAN
Nirmala is the 2nd woman to become the finance minister after Indira Gandhi in India. She is also the first female to be appointed as full-time Women Defence minister in 2017. Hailing from Tamil nadu, Nirmala did her graduation in 1984 from JNU. She did her Ph.D. from the London school of economics. While working as a salesgirl at a store, she took on the test of a translator in BBC Radios Tamil division.
Nirmala was always interested in the subject of women empowerment. Nirmala joined the BJP in 2006 and became the national spokesperson and since 2016, she has served as Rajyasabha MP. From being a regular Madurai girl to being a finance minister she has come a long way.
12. YOGI ADITYANATH
Yogi Adityanath chief minister of Uttar Pradesh since 19 March 2017, is an Indian priest and a politician with an image as a Hindu Nationalist Firebrand. He is also the founder of Hindu Yuva Vahini’. He was born on 5th June 1972. Yogi was designated as the successor of Mahant Avaidyanath. He was appointed Avaidyanath’s successor as Mahant of Gorakhnath Math in 1994. 4 years later in 1998, he was elected to Lok sabha. Yogi has strained relations with BJP for many years. He was the youngest member of the 12th Lok sabha at age of 26. He has been elected to the parliament from Gorakhpur for 5 consecutive terms.
13. JYOTIRADITYA SCINDIA
Son of former Congress leader Madhavrao Scindia. Jyotiraditya became a sensation when he resigned from the Congress party to join the BJP. Guna constituency seat was vacated on 30 September 2001 due to the sudden demise of his father, MP Madhavrao Scindia, in an airplane accident in Uttar Pradesh. He then formally joined the Congress Party and was elected to the Lok Sabha Parliament from Guna in 2002. He defeated the person competing to him Desh Raj Singh Yadav of the Bharatiya Janata Party, by a margin of around 450,000 votes.

Gautham Shanthilal Adani is a well-known Indian industrialist and was born on 24 June 1962. He is the chairman and founder of Adani Group, an Ahmedabad-based multinational conglomerate. As a teenager, Adani moved to Mumbai to work as a diamond sorter for Mahindra Brothers. He worked there for 2-3 years before establishing his own diamond broker firm at Zaveri Bazar, Mumbai. This decision of his career made him who he is today. Later he started running a franchise for his brother and broke into the global trading market by selling polyvinyl chloride. He was readily climbing the ladder of success. They focused on agricultural commodities but in the coming years, they expanded greatly.
